This is a blend I learned from my teacher Matt Wood.  Three simple, organic herbs extracted in alcohol and water: ashwagandha, walnut hull, and blue flag iris. The principal is that these herbs supply nutrition to the thyroid as well as working on a gut level to tighten and repair the junction of cells between the intestines and the lymphatic system, all related to thyroid dysfunction.
