Yoga and an Herb Walk are back. Rejuvenate yourself through practice and by learning the benefits of nature's medicine with Kyle (herbalist) and Molly (yoga teacher and wellness coach). They will take you through a wellness experience to detoxify the body, mind and spirit along with stimulate and relax your energetic system.
Class will include a herb meditation, yoga asana and mindfulness practice, followed by an herb walk through the park. Join us for a refreshing herb/yoga experience with a beautiful view of the lake. Come by yourself or bring a friend!
We meet at Sheridan Park. An email will go out to participants a few days in advance giving details of exactly where we'll meet.
